Dot Bakery & Café

Dot began in 2012 as an Instagram account selling baked goods made in a home kitchen in Al-Ahsa. As orders grew a second kitchen was built in the same house, and in 2017 the project moved out of the home and opened its first shop in Hofuf — the point at which Dot Bakery and Café was born in its present form. The work rests on craft baking: sourdough, brioche and croissants, alongside cakes made for occasions. The bakery now lists three branches, in Khobar, Al-Mubarraz and Hofuf, and this is the Ain Najm Road branch in Al-Mubarraz. Its own account sums up the idea in a line of wordplay: when in doubt, Dot.
