Baking Up

Baking Up is a bakery and pastry brand founded in 2016 and based in Dammam, describing itself as a company for producing and supplying baked goods and sweets, with branches in Dammam, Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Riyadh and Jeddah. Its arrival in Al-Ahsa is recent: in November 2025 it announced that it had begun taking orders from its Al-Ahsa kitchen through delivery apps while the branch's furnishing was still under way. The Al-Mubarraz location sits on Ain Najm Road inside Fakhr Tower — a commercial unit in a modern building rather than a standalone one. Croissants and doughnuts are the items it puts forward first, and the brand sums itself up in a piece of wordplay: where we can trEAT you butter.
